Cannot save changes to method insert

Hello community,

As part of a customization I am trying to write couple of lines of code in the insert method of table 'smmActivites' but when I try to save the changes or compile the method I get pop up 'Unable to save method insert' followed by infolog 'Cannot execute a stored procedure.
The record already exists'. I already restarted aos, did a full database sync but still.  I can make and save the same changes successfully in the other environment.

Any ideas?
