Return order - replacement order

Hi, 

When i try to make a replacement order from a return order, i get the error, ''A currency to convert to is required to retrieve exchange rate information.''

How can I debug this?

when I try to settle open transaction of a particular vendor, i get the erroe, 'A currency to convert from is required to retrieve exchange rate information.'.

but for other vendor it is working fine.

How can I debug this?
