I've been testing in Dynamics 365 POS, and tried to recall an order. In the old POS (enterprise POS) you had to select a customer before before recalling an order, but now that's not possible as you go directly to recall order.
The issue occured when recalling an order on a customer on who I'd assigned an infocode, and I wasn't able to complete the transactionas infocode was mandatory and missing. The problem is that when recalling an order you don't get the opportunity to provide input to infocode, as the order and customer is just added to the transaction.
Has anyone experienced this, and found a workaround? Or am I missing something...
