I was wondering if there is a way to separate journals posted by {AX modules / imported via interfaces} from {users directly posting General Journals}?
I've had some advice from a colleague to base the classification on the Journal Type ID, where ever its 0 (Daily) [msdn.microsoft.com/.../aa602758(v=ax.50).aspx] its probably a direct posting by a user, but was wondering if users could post using other Journal Types, or if some other field would be more accurate?
Been brought in on the IT support side and don't have access to the Business users (who would normally be my first port of call) for advice due to potential sensitive event(s)...

Any confirmations, pointing in the right direction or advice relating to this topic would be greatly appreciated...

N.B. Auditors would refer to this separation as Automated vs Manual Journals...
