AX 2012 R2 - Can't select Item in Purchase Requisition

Hi All,

I try to input Purchase Requisition using Purpose = Consumption but I can't select any item number (item from Released Product) in detail line. But when I input Purchase Requisition using Purpose = Replenishment, I can select the item number.

Is there any missing setup?

Our requirement is only for creating purchase requisition but we would like to select the item number without using the replenishment. Somehow at the moment the only way we can do this is by selecting the replenishment, please help us.
