WHS Demand Replenishment to Loc.Maximum taking Case qty into account

Hi Everyone,
I have a following request from a Customer:
They have defined a wave demand replenishment to replenish fixed location to its maximum using advices which was described in this article.

But some difficulties occur when quantity to replenish is not a multiple of full pallet (case).
In this situation Replenisher have to go in the bulk storage and open a case pack (or pallet) to take the exact quantity the replenishment work is asking for, which creates additional delays and risks of data accuracy issues.

If there any possibility to restrict the replenishment to take only full cases (pallets)? But at the same time it should replenish picking location as much as possible.

For example:
The full case\pallet of a some product contains 40 ea

Fixed picking location for this particular item has a limit of 120 ea (3 cases\pallets)

When we have a 30 ea in the picking location and also have a demand from a SO for 50 ea, system should create a replenishment for 2 complete cases = 80ea.
(Instead of 1 case, which will cover demand - but it isn't optimal).

For now it creates a replenishment for 90 ea which is total replenishment maximum minus current on-hand in pick.location, and is not really bad, but requires a worker to open a pallet a case.

It will be optimal solution to replenish location by taking only full pallets from a bulk storage and only in case of excess (for example when in previous situation we have a SO line with 115 ea) we can take 3 cases and put an excess qty to specific FLOOR location (as it works now when we have a demand for bigger amount then location can hold)

Can we a do a fine tuning in a AX setup with location directives, work and replenishment templates, units\limits etc. without significant customization?
For now in replenishment template we can only configure replenishment to location maximum (disregarding the cases) or to minimum required cases (which is not optimal)

Any suggestions are appreciated. Even an advices that still can resolve an issue but not in a way that was requested!
Thanks!
