Budget Configuration issue Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Hi There,

while opening budget configuration from budget module in AX 2012 R2 receiving below Error.

Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Frameworks.Controls, Version=6.3.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040) 

I had deployed below solution but did not worked.
