Cycle Count Work by Item Cannot Create Work ID

Dear All,

Somebody can help me to solve this issue.

When i running batch Cycle count work by item cannot create Work ID, always show infolog "No cycle count work has been created"

I attach the pict when im want to running batch cycle count work by item.
