Does anyone have any idea why a form init() method would not kick off after the form had been closed and open again?

We are having an issue with the ProdTable form in AX2012 R2 where users are attempting to access the Dimensions tab of the form and an error occurs stating the the dimensionDefaultingController has not been initialized. This does not happen the first time the users open the form for the day, but if they close the form and re-open it, this error occurs, until the next day, when it is obvious that some sort of time out has occurred and the process starts over again.

Looking into the design of the ProdTable form, I noted that the dimensionDefaultingController object is set in the init method of the ProdTable form. I am assuming that on subsequent loads of the form after it has been initially closed, the form believes it does not need to run the init method, which is incorrect, as that is the only place that object is instantiated.

So the two questions I have are these--one, is there a property or setting on the form that I can set to force the form to run init() every time the form is opened, or 2.) does this sound like a bug that I should submit to Microsoft?

Just to throw another wrench in the works, we are also using Citrix to connect our users to AX, so even though the client looks like it is on the user's machine, they are really using the AX client via Citrix.

If you guys have any ideas at all, I would love to hear them. Thanks.
