Applying Routes to Many Items

Hi all,

I was curious if there was a way to link a route to many items in large quantities. In my example, I am applying a route to an item called 001-A. I apply this route to items 001-100, all ending in -A. If I also wanted to apply this route to items 001-100, but now ending in -B, is there a way to copy and paste the original items with a new suffix? I imagine there is a way to do this using X++ or macros, but I do not have that option available to me. Thank you for your time, and everyone's help is greatly appreciated.
