purchase requstion new / creat right / Task / privileg

Hi

we want to use under AX2012R2 the purchase requstion.

When i assign my user "sysadmin" i get the "new" button in the purchaserequistionlits from

(can create a new puchase requistition)

But i didnt find role / right / Task, that  allowes me to create when im not Sysadmin..

(i don't want to create" on behalf of")

Any hints?
