I need to send workflow notifications to users as a email alert.
I have gone through some of the articles. I've few queries.
SystemAdministration\Setup\System\E-mail parameters
1. Outgoing mail server, User name.
what are the values we need to setup in the mentioned form.
We are using outlook. Am I need to configure anything or can I use existing
server configured by IT team?
Would you please guide me, prerequisites required to configure the above form?
