Report Parameter for Ranged Date and Blank Value

Dear Experts,

I'm Junior Developer, developing customization and reporting on Dynamic AX 2012 R3

Now I have questions about parameter for reporting using auto design on Visual Studio 2010 Report Model

1. How to create filter by ranged date FromDate until ToDate?

Here is my properties of both parameter, but it failed

2. How to create all blank parameter to show all data?

I just set Allow Blank property into TRUE, but when I set all parameter to empty the report show no data

Here is one of my parameter properties and so the other has same properties value

Could anyone help me give a solution or reference?
