I have attempted to reclassify some assets from plant and machinery to computer equipment.
The process closes the old asset and creates a new asset into the revised group. The new Asset however does not show in the fixed asset list (red circle) Below, but does show in the Fixed assets acquired list (Green Square).
After some investigation it looks like The reclassification process is not populating both tables necessary for the record to come through as a fixed asset. Once I created an entry into the assetextensiuon table then the record appeared and could be edited as normal.
Does any one know if this is a known issue and of any possible solutions?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
