We are having issues with our penny rounding account and production orders. Some of our production orders are posting very large variances in the penny rounding account. We are ending up with variances worth thousands of pounds in this account when there shouldn't be, just penny variances.
I have looked at the items affected and cant see anything wrong with the setup which may cause this; posting profiles etc. are all setup correctly. The way in which we process the production orders for these items are no different than any other production order.
What else can cause these huge variances? Is there any item specific setup which could cause this? Could it be that our AX is coded incorrectly and is interpreting these variance's as some different for the affected items?
A real head scratcher for us.
