Hello,
I'm trying to make changes to an items tracking dimension group but cant do so with open transactions as the Value open "Yes" field below seems to suggest. The associated production job has been ended and the Sales order has been fully invoiced along with monthly closings to date.
As you can see these transactions were done in July of 2015 and normally after a monthly closing these items get wrapped up and the value Open field changes to "No". This allows the changes to be made to the tracking dimension group.
Any ideas of how I could troubleshoot this further to find out what's causing the issue?
