Fileds on supplier payment proposal

Dear all,

I have some confusion about some fields on supplier payment proposal.

1. About payment date, the 'From date' and 'To date' is product receipt date or invoice date?

2. What's the meaning about 'Total payment date' and 'Minimum date'?
