I can not switch to the offline mode in modern POS dynamics 365 for operation, when I press disconnect button in modern POS, it gives me this message: you can't switch to offline mode. try to logoff and logon again or contact your system administrator dynamics 365.

However, the register offline support is Yes and the interval of the offline profile is 1 minute.

any ideas !!
