I was exploring case management and wanted to know if sending email / Notification is possible i below case.
When a case is created, we can use 'Employee Responsible' field to allocate it to a person. But Unless there is a intimation via an email or AX notification, he would not know about the case allocation. Is there a possibility that system can generate such notification on allocation.
I tried creating an alert rule. But does not suffice my requirement as, a notification / Email can be sent to 1 dedicated person / user, where as in my case it can be anybody in the list.
