Not use the function estimate the project at the second

Hi all, 

I have a question related to use the function estimate of project management and accounting module.

The following issue: 

1. I have a project which has project type is investment

2. I transfed the amount of project to fixed asset the first was done

3.  I can't transfer the amount of project the second and the function is hided

=> I would like to transfer the amount of project to fixed asset the second at other time

Please tell me about the answer for this case
