I have an query regarding the project budget, i have a project and i create the original budget and took the approval and start making the transaction. Now after some time i create the revision of the budget and put it in the workflow for the approval. Now my question is, as the revision of the budget is not approved, will i be able to make the transaction, will i be able to create the purchase order?
Because in my system, when i am creating the PO from the "item requirement" and updating the unit price of the PO on the PO itself, system is giving me the warning message of exceeding the budget and the unit price field become blank. On the other hand if i create PO from the "item task" it work fine, mean giving me the warning but unit price field didn't become blank.
I am overriding the budget with warning.
