DMF entity updating last record but not creating new record

Hi,

Some manual purchase agreements exist in AX 2012 R3.

Custom purchase agreement header entity is created.  while testing  the entity, from staging to target, the record is updating the last record in the purchase agreements rather than creating a new record for every migrated record.

Any idea what is causing this situation and how to correct it?
