Dear All,
I want to know is there any other way other manually got to sequence fom and change year for all codes. Suppose a company 8 divisions and 8 div have 40 number sequnces. total 320 number sequqnces manuulay created for new fiscal year which is very bad practise. Any other way of automatic change of year as we do in oracle or othe systems which take current year and number increment on other side.
ex: 2014-001,2014-002 in 2014 year
2015-0001,2015-002 in 2015 year
