How to create query from another application to AX 2012?

Hi master,

Can you help me, i want to ask about integration in AX.

Example:

i have another application (appIntAX) use Database SQL Server like AX.

in this application (appIntAX), i create Form Entry like form General Journal in AX.

can i create journal from this application (appIntAX) and then automatic journal created in AX?
