Through Sales and Marketing, I have created multiple activities both manually and through the sales process template on Opportunity records.
When I go to the My Activities list, select a record, and use the Delete action button on the action pane, I get a confirm delete prompt. When selecting yes, an Infolog prompt appears with a message reading "Cannot delete other people's activities."
I've checked the security permissions and I'm setup as a System Administrator without any imposed restrictions (test environment.)
In taking a look at the user account details, the profile looks normal and the name fields match, the RecIDs in the user and hcm and corresponding data points also match. I don't know if they are relevant or not.
I also tried this on the Contoso environment via the default admin account. It does the same exact thing.
I'm reaching out to the community to see if anyone has any thoughts on the root cause. I took a peek at the AOT but can't read full X++ yet. I understand that there is some validation logic occurring, but am not sure how to pinpoint what object in the AOT the issue is coming from.
