Pass custom Workflow to other user

Hey there.

I created a custom Workflow with the the help of this post: https://community.dynamics.com/ax/b/dynamicsaxinsightbyanas/archive/2015/02/16/ax-2012-create-custom-workflow.

Now I want to pass the Workflow to someone else on "approved". What is the recommended class / Method to start with? I dont wand to set a user via workflow settings, I want to do it by code instead.

Should I begin with the ParticipantProvider or am  on the wrong path?
