error when generating report on single client

Dear 

i am getting this error on one single user when generating a 

for more information about this error navigate to the report server on the local server machine or enable remote errors

it has to be something local because no one else is getting this error 

i tried to reset the usage data and the AUC files but that didn't work, 

any idea why this is happening ?

appreciate your help

p.s. i found something online regarding this error but the solution was on the report server and it can't be since only one user is experiencing this.
