Planned orders are not getting generated for BOM items not getting added ReqTransCache class in master scheduling

Hi,

I have a sales order with a FINISHED item. Master Planning\Master scheduling is run to generate planned orders but planned orders are not getting generated for BOM items.

When I started debugging, I came to this code

but ReqProcessItemListLine table is deleted ...

1. there is no code in this method.?? or is it missing??

2. If there is no code, from which code does ReqTransCache class has to list the BOM items?
