Control Drop down list data in AX 2012 R3

Hi All,

I had a requirement to limit the item to be display on the drop down list on price discount journal, SO and PO form.

I was trying to use security policy to control that, but seem can't find the correct table for the drop down list option. How can I know the source of data for the drop down list?
