OData connection to AOT query gives "an error was read from the payload" error

I have a number of AOT queries connection to Excel and Power BI with an OData connection. This works fine for most of my queries (as long as they are not too complex). In the specific case of the InventItemPriceView query I get the "An error was read from the payload" error. Any ideas on this would be very appreciated.
