We are having some trouble with the AX2009 client crashing when going Sales Order Details > Inquiries > Confirmation Journal. The client hangs and then the window whites out and ultimately has to be closed by the user. This happens with any user, and any Sales Order selected. We have tested in both the USR, CUS and VAR layers also.
The form will open from the AOT correctly, and also from the menu item itself. The child form, CustConfirmJour does not visibly open on screen, but the init method is triggered, so it begins to open the form.
Trace parsing does not appear to reveal any useful information, as it appears that the client trace stops recording when it freezes.
Does anyone have any useful advise or suggestions in these circumstances?
