Missing LedgerCalendar form in AX 2012 - CU/KB Update issue?

Hello everybody,

let's get to the point right away:

A customer of ours is not able to open the LedgerCalendarform.  The issue is that it is missing from the system, i.e., I can't find it in the AOT.

I looked at the calling MenuItem (which is called LedgerCalendars).  And I figured it got updated through a SYP Layer patch.  The patch changed the Object (which is a form) to be called when clicked from fiscalCalendars to LedgerCalendar

According to the models installed, this MenuItem got updated through KB3146578.

I then did a search on LCS and found this:

Issue 3787159

Both of the KBs are installed in the target system.

So I need to figure out which KB/Hotfix/CU contains this new form, LedgerCalendar.  Does somebody have any idea?

Or do you have other suggestions what to do?
