Dynamics 365 (AX 7): The server took too long to respond. Please contact your system administrator.

I have a Dynamic 365 (AX 7) Update 10, On Premise VM with some customizations in Application Suite module. The AX cloud site was working fine till last day, but today as I visit the site it gives me error,

 

"The server took too long to respond. Please contact your system administrator."


I have completely build all modules and there are no compilation errors. Network seems to be working fine and I can connect LCS (lcs.dynamics.com) site. I have restarted machine and IIS multiple times but still have no success.

Kindly guide me what is the issue here?
