I’m working on the travel expense modul and I create a workflow and I need this validation :
An expense report is entered by the employee and is validated by its supervisors (project manager > Director). In most cases the validation of the project manager is enough, but on request it can request the validation of the director.
I create a managerial hierarchy where the project manager is level 1 and the director is the level 2.
The first approval goes OK, in fact the project manager approve after that he decides that the director approve too. My problem that the decision goes again to the project manager instead of the director.
Can anyone help me, please ?
