Data Upgrade Cockpit form not processing jobs

hello guys!

Now i have an installation of AX 2012 FP, but i am trying to install the CU5 in order to improve performance and avoid problems.

i have installed all the Cu5 file but i am at the process of Software Update Checklist, in the presynchronize step.

The data upgrade cockpit form appeared and i clicked on Run in order to process all these jobs. After hours of waiting so the step finishes, i noticed that nothing happened. I looked for something about it and found this page: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd309696(v=ax.50).aspx

Verifying this info i have this:

- I have verified that my instance of AOS (02@AX2012-A) is the batch server and also has all batch groups selected.

- Verified that DataUpdate is running on my AOS instance:

-Verified that this DataUpdate job is waiting on the batch jobs list:

and it still shows:

What else should i look for??

any other missing configuration left???
