When the sales department inputs items on a sales order they go by what the customer tells them in no particular order. When the forklift drivers get the orders it takes longer because the items are not grouped together like they are in the warehouse. Is there a possible way for AX to group items by brand or likeness regardless of how they were entered on a sales order? They receive, what we call, a shipping document and it presents the same items in the order they were entered. How can we get AX to automatically put them in order when the shipping document is printed?
I understand the sales department could take the time to group the items but want to know if AX already offers this feature without adding time to a worker.
