Cash Flow

Hi experts 

Please can someone explain to me the relevance of and difference between the below 2 fields 

1) Period between delivery and invoicing

2) Invoicing period

They are under cash flow forecast tab in AP Parameters.

I looked up on tech net and also various places on the internet, but still not sure.
