We use the timesheet approval workflow and things have been operating smoothly until recently. We have a small handful of Workers (employment type Contractors) whose timesheets do not trigger the approval workflow. When these workers finish their timesheet entry and click "Submit", the timesheet gets set to the 'Submitted' status and no workflow is spawned for the timesheet. Other Contractors in our system do not have their issue. Additionally, if we set up a delegate for these workers and have the delegate click the "Submit" button, the workflow gets triggered as expected and the timesheet gets set to 'In Review' and things operate like normal.
To me, this strongly indicates there is an issue in the Worker or User account setup as the system simply is not triggering a workflow for these workers. However, I cannot find any discrepancies in the Worker and User setup. Any advice on where I should be looking?
