Release Production Order Problem

Hello All,

After upgrade ax 2012 R3 rtm to latest cu13, there is an a problem in release production order that the response of release take long time and in final shows this error " Cannot select a record in Release (ProdParmRelease). Production: WFI-003433, Yes. Error accessing database connection." However release any production order in other legal entities works successfully.
