I was wondering if the below is achievable in AX
I have 2 revenue account defined
410101----Sales Revenue
410102----Other Revenue
The sales revenue is effected only by Sales order invoices
The other revenue is effected only by free text invoices.
We will Define the budget for both this accounts at the beginning of every month.
Eg:- 410101 is 100000
410102 is 50000
I was able to post the above Budget register entry successfully. (budget check was Green ) and i can see the entry in Budget control statistics
Now at the time of sales Order , As per the posting Profile settings, 410101 will automatically be credited.
and for FTI we select only 410102, hence that will be credited.
Now after posting some SO and FTI when i view the Budget control statistics
I don't see the actual entries
Hence i am not able to compare what i projected and what i achieved in sales for a particular month
Any input on this will be appreciated.
