DialogField Error Message when canceling a purchase order

Hello, I'm trying to cancel a po and it's not allowing me to, giving me this error?

DialogField object not initialized. Stack trace (C)\Classes\PurchCancel\main-line59 (C)\Classes\FormFunctionButtonControl\Clicked. Can anyone help?
