From time to time we experience problems with settings that the user has made inside Ax2009. The problems are related to
* items added to Favorites (they go missing)
* the size of the main menu section of the side bar (they enlarge it to see all modules, and sometimes after restart it has the same old size again)
Are these settings stored locally in a file, or in the database? Are they stored per client machine or per user?
