Hi guys,
After running the trial balance by MA+BR+RC+CP for Account 1561, we found the closing balance by dimension doesn’t match with the transactions of this account.
Please see below three cases by screenshots, and help us resolve this problem. Maybe this is related to the setup of this “Finanacial domension set”?
1. For example, the line we selected has the balance 121,205,238.00 CNY, without counterpart.
But if we look at the balances for that line we can see that this balance is related to transactions with counterpart CN3148.
2. Same issue with dimension balance mismatching:
These transactions all have different counterpart, but in the trail balance, the counterpart is missing.
Do you maybe know why I get several lines with the same MA + BR + RC + CP. I want on line in the trial balance by MA + BR + RC + CP
