Customer Invoice and Credit Note

Is the following available as  standard AX feature or customization required

1. A credit note is to be linked to invoice/s against which it is raised.
2. The credit note amount should not be more than total amount of individual invoices.
3. Also it should be possible raise credit note against partial amount of invoice/s  (lines in the invoice)

If standard AX feature available pls  give details.
