Job scheduling never ends AX2012 R2

Hello,

I facing a big issue when my customer launch "Job scheduling" (production control) within a batch , the process never ends and consumes all the memory of the server hosting the AOS.

In fact when we have this issue, we need to restart AOS to recover a normal situation.

I insist on the fact that there is no customisation of code

Have you ever had this issue ? I did not find any KB that explains this phenomenon

The kernel version here is : 6.2.1000.8339
