Inventory Reconciliation with GL

Dear All

I am usingAX2012 FP my inventory and GL is not reconciled after detail checking I found that my some of Purchase order update my GL module and also my payable module but not updated inventory module in inventory module these PO,s carries 0 financial cost due to this I face following problem

1) Inventory not reconciled with GL

2) Production Cost of these production order low

3) My cogs is also Low

4) Due to this I am not sure how much damage occur

5) My  on hand inventory of these items are also low
