We have workflow enable for expense approval process. Client says it is approved from their side and not showing in approval list.But in ax client, it is showing as Pending.
can anybody help me to know what could be done here?
- Is really can happen that though it is approved from approval it will not show updated status in Ax client only for specific record?
- Is there any way to check if approval has really approved and not showing in his bucket list? As it is production instance we don't have access to ESS so could not check.
- Can we update the status of workflow using X++? If yes can you please provide piece of code?
- Is there any way to sync ESS and Ax client workflow status?
