trying to realize a wanted scenario from a client.
The want to have a pick work created for EVERY license plate stored on a area allowing (BULK area) unlimited numbers of license plate as the have oversize pallets where only one pallet at time can be moved from pick area to loading area.
If creating a sales order with 200 units and the pallet on bulk area contains 100 units per license plate a single work is created, containing 2 pick works and 1 put work.
The client want one work per license plate to be created.
1. One way to handle this is to use the "Full" functionality in Mobile device, that is however not a good solution, according to client
2. As the qty per license plate COULD differ a PL/Each unit conversion is not possible, we want one pick work per license regardless of its qty.
3. Tried to set up a location directive using the "License plate quantity" under the "Locate quantity" but anyway a single work with multiple "Picks" are created.
4. The only way it works is for licenses stored in different locations.
Do you experts have a good idea of how to handle this?
