Added New "EditString" Fields on a Form, But It Displays "Unretrieved" and Can't Edit

Hello awesome community! :)

I wanted to add new customized fields on a form.

I created two fields in "LedgerJournalTrans" table:
1- Beneficiary Name      2- Beneficiary Bank

I want to add two "StringEdit" fields on a form, and so I did, this is a screen shot:

But when I went to the form to see the result and I find this:

I want to be able to enter data from these "StringEdit" Fields.....Could you please tell me what I am missing?
