Hi All,
I have an issue regarding voucher/gift card in Retail module.
First we scan the voucher in the POS, after that click okay. Right after clicked okay, system prompt an error that i did not managed to capture.
Then we re-scan back the voucher in the POS, but system prompt that voucher already been redeemed.
We tried to trace the redemption, we managed to get the voucher transaction number. But in the retail store transaction, the transaction number does not exist.
So, how to void the transaction and reuse back the voucher number?
